The following are projects that Episcopal Housing Corporation partnered with other groups to reach the successful goal of completion. The collaboration was a key to incorporate an organization’s strengths to match a communities needs.

Transitional Housing –
These are buildings that offer a place for those in need of housing as they get ready for the next step from a recovery program.
- Bernice Mead House --transitional housing for women.
- Curry House -providing housing for up to 6 men.
- Dayspring House-completed January 2001-New built and able to serve 18 women and 46 children.
- St. Margaret's Oxford House - for men in recovery.
- Walden Oxford House-renovated housing for 5 women and children.
- Recovery In Community-Housing for women and space for meetings and offices.
- Sarah Eastman Oxford House - A recovery home for 4 single men.
- Martha's Place-Residence for 8 women in a transitional stage.
Community Centers -
- Pimlico Road Arts and Community Center - A brand new community center built in the Park Heights neighborhood of Baltimore.
Multi Family -
- Shriner Court - Union Bridge - this is a 20 unit affordable rental housing project for low income seniors.
- Farnham House-Low cost housing for four families.
