Service and enthusiasm are two of the cornerstones of the work of Episcopal Housing Corporation. We see service as an opportunity to match people with a desire to serve with work that needs to be done.

The opportunities to serve vary as much as the volunteers themselves.

There are one-time volunteer activities such as cleaning up a park or a vacant lot and there are long-term volunteer activities such as planning and creating a community park or garden.

There is also a need for specially skilled volunteers such as architects, engineers, gardeners etc. Many times the volunteers that are involved with our projects are touched and changed as much as the neighborhoods they are serving in.
